Age: 21 years and not more than 58 years for the post of Deputy Chief Executive Officer. Completion of 21 years and not exceeding 48 years for Officer category and Completion of 18 years and not exceeding 35 years for Assistant category. Also, the mentioned age limit will not apply to the permanent employees of Mithila Microfinance Financial Institution. But for advertisements other than Advertisement No. 2/2081/082, the upper age limit will be increased by five years in case of female candidates.

Service, terms and facilities will be according to the rules of this financial institution. Advertisement No. 2/2081/082 WAT Candidates who appear in the interview test and succeed will be appointed in contract service for 1 (one) year. Also, among the candidates who have passed the written and interview test from Advertisement No. 3/2081/082 to Advertisement No. 8/2081/082, candidates who have at least 2 years of experience in banks and financial institutions of a similar nature will be appointed under the probationary period of this financial institution’s staff service regulations, while candidates without the mentioned experience will be placed in 6 months of pre-service training. During the training period, no facilities other than the training allowance will be provided and only those candidates who are successful in the pre-service training will be appointed during the probationary period of this financial institution.
