According to Section 24G1A of the Civil Service Act, 2049 (Fourth Amendment) and Section 4 of Section 14 of the Staff Adjustment Act, 2075, for the following services, groups and sub-groups posts under the gazetted Second Class (Technical) to be filled by promotion based on seniority and performance evaluation, potential candidates must submit the details mentioned in the application form prescribed by the Public Service Commission to the relevant promotion committee by the opening date of 2082/1/30 The Secretariat is informed to submit the application. deadline

No action will be taken on the application received for receiving funds. The application form can be downloaded from the Public Service Commission website www.psc.gov.np

Matters to be considered by the candidates while applying

(a) In accordance with (c) of Section 24G1A (2) of the Civil Service Act, 2049, candidates who have joined unranked posts or gazetted fifth category posts,

The total service period should be at least 20 years, including the service period in vacant positions.

(b) According to (b) of sub-section (2) of section 24D1A of the Civil Service Act, 2049, they should have acquired educational qualification.

(c) According to Section 22 of the Civil Service Act, 2049, he should not be disqualified to be a potential candidate for promotion.

(d) According to sub-section (3) of section 24 of the Civil Service Act, 2049, when calculating the marks for the performance evaluation of potential candidates, the marks achieved up to the end of June will be counted, and when calculating the other marks, the marks achieved up to the last date of submission of applications specified at the time of publishing the advertisement will be counted.

(e) Calculation of previous service period shall be as per Rule 123 of Civil Service Rules, 2050. For that, the service period should be verified.

(f) While filling the application form, the reference number obtained from the National Library (Civil) must be mentioned compulsorily.

(g) In the case of educational qualifications for which equivalence has to be determined, a certified copy of the equivalence determination must be submitted compulsorily.

(h) Details as mentioned in all sections of the application form must be clearly disclosed.

(j) The application fee of Rs.500.- (Five hundred) should be submitted.

The secretariats of the concerned promotion committee are requested to collect the promotion application form based on this information and proceed with the promotion related action.

Details

Based on the recommendation of 3 months prior to the date of filling the application form, a certificate of citizenship obtained from the respective district mentioning permanent residence in the district and a document certifying that the person has permanent residence in the same place at the relevant local level.

If citizenship is taken from a district other than the district of permanent residence, a letter stating the reasons for doing so, obtained from the district administration office that issued citizenship, married in the district mentioned in the explanation clause (1) of section 7 of the Civil Service Act, 2049 and subsection (6) of section 17 of the Federal Parliament Secretariat Act, 2064 and the explanation clause (1) of section 8 of the Health Service Act, 2053, or If you have migrated

In the case of marriage, marriage registration certificate and in the case of migration, a document revealing that the local level of migration has been left and gone.

Note (a) In the case of advertisements requiring a period of experience, the minimum service period specified for the respective post should have been completed by the last date of application at the time of publication of the advertisement. Double duty period shall not be counted for the purpose of age, educational qualification, period of experience and other qualifications.

(b) Before the adjustment according to the Employee Adjustment Act, 2075, Rep. No. Civil servants working in second class or equivalent posts are not eligible to apply for this advertisement for civil services.

(c) Applications which have not been submitted within the prescribed period or which have not met the minimum qualifications or which have not disclosed other specified details or have not submitted the prescribed fee, will not be accepted.

(d) Candidates requesting an assistant writer should contact the concerned office of the commission at least 10 (ten) days before the commencement of the written examination. Otherwise, the Commission will not be bound to provide a co-author.

(e) Candidates who pass the written examination must submit a copy of the permanent certificate of educational qualification, citizenship, service experience, if necessary, certified by the head of the relevant office and copies of the documents mentioned to be submitted for inclusive and open application candidates before the interview.

(f) Candidates should have attained the prescribed educational qualification within the prescribed application deadline while publishing the advertisement. Candidates who have obtained an academic degree from a foreign educational institution must have the equivalence of the qualification obtained by the relevant body determined.

(g) When submitting the online application, the candidate must indicate the type of candidate and service, group cluster.

(h) Advertisement number and examination center should be selected confidently as there will be no revision after selection of advertisement number and examination center.

(i) Candidates must use only black ink in the examination, otherwise the answer sheet will be cancelled.
