Notice regarding taking into service contract

This notice is published for the information of all concerned to submit an application to this office within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice, as this office is in need of employees under service contracts for the following positions.

Technical Assistant (Assistant Computer Operator)

Passed at least Proficiency Certificate level or 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized educational institution with at least 6 months computer training from a registered institution or conducted for semi skilled Man Power by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology

Passed computer training

Other Terms and Restrictions

1. Age limit of candidates: 18 years and not exceeding 35 years and not exceeding 40 years in case of women and persons with disabilities till the last date of application.
2. Application Place: Gauriganj Village Executive Office, Gauriganj-Jhapa.
3. Last date for submission of application: Within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice, on 2082/01/12, if there is a public holiday on that day, the office will open on the following day.
4. Application Procedure: – NIC ASIA Bank of Gourigunj Rural Municipality. C1-1 of NIC Asia Bank Gaurigunj Internal Revenue Account No. 0872050028409002 Rs. 500 (Five hundred only) for the application fee, the deposit voucher should be submitted along with the application form.
5. Type of Selection:-

a) Publication of preliminary merit list, written test, practical and interview (only candidates who clear the written test and practical test will be included in the interview)

6. Documents to be attached with the application: Copies of the following documents certified by the applicant himself

a) Certificate of citizenship

c) Certificate of minimum educational qualification

e) Certificate of training, if any, documents

b) Document of work related experience

d) Character certificate

f) 2 passport size photographs per copy
