As the permanent post is to be filled through an open and inclusive competitive examination, applications are invited from the candidates who meet the following qualifications. Candidates who meet the prescribed minimum qualifications have to apply online through Commission’s online application system http://ppsconline.sudurpashchim.gov.np. State Civil Service AP, inter-level and open and inclusive competitive examination will be conducted simultaneously and the candidates selected from the competitive examination will be recommended to the office of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers for appointment in order of priority.

The medium of examination (language) can be Nepali or English or both Nepali and English.
Mode of Application:-
All advertised posts have to be submitted through the online application system. The application can be submitted through the Commission’s online application system http://ppsconline.sudurpashchim.gov.np and detailed information regarding the mode/mode of submission of application.
It can be viewed from https://psc.sudurpashchim.gov.np/.
Last date of submission of application:- Up to 2082/01/20 and double payment till 2082/01/27.
Candidate’s age limit:- 2082/01/20 in the case of male candidates should have completed 21 years of age and not exceeding 35 years of age and in case of female and disabled candidates should not have exceeded 40 years of age. But there will be no age limit in case of permanent employees of federal civil service, state civil service of any state and local service. But it has to be submitted by certifying the employment status from the head of the office concerned.
Application Fee:-
In case of seventh level, the application fee is Rs. 1,000/- Internal., candidates applying in additional advertisement towards inter-level and inclusive groups will have to pay more
400/- for each group and 400/- more per letter for additional letters.
Method and place of submitting the application fee:- After submitting the form through the Commission’s online application system, go to My Application and click on All Application, after that click on the Pay Button of the advertisement you have applied for. After that, select the bank and select Online Payment and select the specified wallets and pay by keeping Username, Password.
For Offline Payment, go to My Application and click on All Application, then click on the Pay Button of the ad that you have applied for, then select the designated bank, select Offline Payment, and click on Click Here to Generate Voucher. Once an application has been submitted in any advertisement, it is not possible to add or subtract from the same advertisement or correct the application.
Application fee submission period:- After submitting the application through online means, the candidate will have to pay the double fee along with the Master ID and the transaction reference number received voucher, within the next office hours of the last date for submitting the application (if the said day falls on a public holiday, then the first day after the office opens), the double fee must be compulsorily paid.
Documents to be uploaded:- Candidates who submit electronic application must upload all the required details such as educational qualification, training, experience, business permit (Council) certificate, inclusive group opening document and other documents specified in the relevant advertisement in the designated place of the online application system in PDF format. All the candidates have to upload the front and back of their citizenship certificate, recent passport size photograph, signature in JPG format at the specified place. If the documents are not submitted in the specified format, the admit card will not be printed, so the documents have to be uploaded in the specified format. As per section 14 of the Provincial Public Service Commission (Operation) Guidelines (First Amendment), 2080, if the application is not submitted or if it is submitted negligently, the application will be canceled at the time of submission and there will be no hearing on the application that is canceled on any pretext.

Minimum educational qualification required for open and inter-level competition:
- Section Officer, Administration, General Administration: Graduation or equivalent from a recognized educational institution.
- Accounts Officer, Administration, Accounts: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Commerce or Business Administration from a recognized educational institution or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with one of the core subjects of Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or Public Administration.
- Revenue Officer, Administration, Revenue: Graduate or equivalent from a recognized educational institution.
- Education Officer, Education, Education Administration, Inspection: Graduate in Education or equivalent from a recognized educational institution.
- Instructor, Education, Education Administration, English- Graduate or equivalent in Education with English as the main subject from a recognized educational institution.
- Instructor, Education, Education Administration, Nepali- Bachelor’s degree in Education from a recognized educational institution with Nepali main subject or equivalent.
- Instructor, Education, Education Administration, Mathematics: Bachelor’s degree in Education or equivalent with Mathematics as the main subject from a recognized educational institution.
- Instructor, Education, Education Administration, Science – Bachelor’s degree in Education from a recognized educational institution with Science as the core subject or equivalent.
- Instructor, Education, Education Administration, Social:- Bachelor’s degree in Education or Master’s degree in Physical Education from a recognized educational institution with one of the core subjects of Geography, History, Economics, Political Science or Social Education.
- Instructor, Education, Education Administration, Physical- Graduate in Education with Health and Physical core subjects from a recognized educational institution or equivalent.
- Completion Officer, Education, Archaeology:- Graduation in Archeology or its equivalent from a recognized educational institution or Master’s Degree in History or Culture or its equivalent or Graduation or its equivalent with completion or graduation in Leadership or Archival Science.
Notification for A.P., Inter Level, Open and Inclusive Examinations
(a) Should not be disqualified as per section 17 and 30 of Sudurpaschim Pradesh Civil Service (First Amendment) Act, 2079.
(b) In order to apply for the internal competition of the state civil service, the qualification as per sub-section (7) of section 9 of the Far Western Province Civil Service (First Amendment) Act, 2079 should be met.
(c) In order to apply for the inter-level competition of the state civil service, the qualifications as per sub-section (8) of section 9 of the Far West Province Civil Service (First Amendment) Act, 2079 should be met.
(d) Written examination for internal, inter-level, open and inclusive will be held on the same date and time (separate examination shall not be given for each service/group and internal, inter-level, open and inclusive).
(e) The results of the candidates selected from internal, inter-level, open and inclusive written examinations will be published in alphabetical order.
(f) Candidates who are selected in the written test will have to compulsorily fill the preference order before attending the interview. Candidates who do not fill the priority will not be allowed to participate in the interview.
(g) Candidates selected through the written test towards inclusive group will not be allowed to choose priority order of inclusive group. Based on the inclusion groups mentioned by the candidate in the application form, the inclusion group of the candidate will be established according to the prevailing rules of the Commission.
(h) The program will be fixed in such a way that the candidates who are selected in the open and inclusive group and more than one inclusive group from the written examination will participate in the interview only once. Also, the score of the interview will be calculated in all groups (open and inclusive) in which the candidate has passed.
(i) Recommendations for appointment will be made according to the order of merit obtained after the examination of all stages.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES WISHING TO APPLY IN ADVERTISEMENT TOWARDS INCLUSIVE GROUPS
Candidates who want to apply for the posts in the inclusive group should prepare the following documents at the time of application and submit the application. After being selected for the interview based on the results of the written test, the applicant should bring the original copies of such documents along with self-attested copies. If the mentioned documents are not maintained at the time of application, the application may be canceled at any time.
a) In the case of tribals/tribes, based on the same list as in the case of castes listed in the Nepal Tribal/Tribal Upliftment National Foundation Act, but if there is more than one surname within the caste listed in the Nepal Tribal/Tribal Upliftment National Foundation Act, on the recommendation of the relevant local level, the application must be certified as a surname within the listed caste by the chief district officer.
b) In the case of Madhesi, based on the same list as in the case of the caste listed by the Madhesi Commission, but if there is more than one surname within the caste listed by the Madhesi Commission, on the recommendation of the relevant local level, the application must be certified as a surname within the caste listed by the Chief District Officer.
c) In the case of Dalits, based on the same list as in the case of caste listed by the National Dalit Commission, but if there is more than one surname within the caste listed by the National Dalit Commission, the application must be certified by the Chief District Officer as a surname within the listed caste on the recommendation of the relevant local level.
d) In the case of disabled persons, a disability identification card issued by the Social Welfare Council on the recommendation of an approved doctor or an identification card certifying the disability from the relevant local level, stating the classification of disability according to sub-section (3) of Section 4 of the Act on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, 2074, shall be submitted.
e) In the case of Tharu/Rana Tharu, based on the same list as in the case of the caste listed by the National Tharu Commission, but if there is more than one surname within the caste listed by the National Tharu Commission, a document certified by the Chief District Officer as a surname within the caste listed by the concerned local level on the recommendation of the concerned local level.
f) In the case of economically disadvantaged Khas Aryas, if they have obtained a poor identity card according to the prevailing law, the identity card or, in the absence of an identity card, the relevant local level must submit a recommendation as a person from the Khas Arya community whose annual income is less than that prescribed by law.
g) In the case of Muslims, on the basis of the same list as in the case of castes listed by the Muslim Commission, but if there is more than one surname within the caste listed by the Muslim Commission, on the recommendation of the relevant local level, the Chief District Officer must certify that the surname is within the listed caste and submit the application along with it.
h) In the case of backward areas, a certificate of citizenship obtained from the relevant district mentioning the permanent residence in the district mentioned in the explanation clause (1) of the sub-section (7) of the Civil Service Act, 2049 and a document certifying that the current permanent residence in the same place from the relevant local level is based on the recommendation up to 3 months before the date of filling the application form. In case of obtaining citizenship from a district other than the district of permanent residence, a letter stating the reason for doing so, obtained from the district administration office that issued citizenship, and in the case of marriage or migration to the district mentioned in (1) of subsection (7) of section 7 of the Civil Service Act, 2049, in the case of marriage or migration, must be submitted, in the case of marriage, the marriage registration certificate and in the case of migration, the document revealing the migration of the local level of leaving and moving.
vision
a) According to sub-section (2) of section (10) of the Western Province Civil Service (First Amendment) Act, 2079, a person will get the facility of reservation only once throughout the service period.
b) Sudurpaschim Province Civil Service Service (First Amendment) Act, 2079 Section 10A. As there is no provision to be a candidate for the same level/category post, such candidates will not be allowed to apply. c
) In case of advertisements requiring period of experience, the minimum period of service should have been completed by the last date of receipt of applications prescribed for the respective post.
d) Age, educational qualification, experience period, training, equivalency, professional registration and other qualifications will not be counted for double duty period.
e) Candidates applying for the post of health service must be registered with the professional council related to their service, group and must be up to date.
f) Applications that are not submitted within the deadline specified by the commission, or that do not meet the minimum qualifications, or that do not disclose other specified details or that do not submit the specified fee, will not be accepted.
g) Candidates requesting an assistant writer must submit an application to the commission office at least 7 (seven) days before the commencement of the written examination, otherwise the commission will not be obliged to provide an assistant writer.
h) Candidates who pass the written test must submit the certificate of educational qualification, citizenship certificate, internal, inter-level, inclusive and open application documents as well as 1/1 copy of the documents mentioned to be submitted by the candidate himself before the interview.
j) Must have completed the prescribed educational qualification within the last date of submission of application. Candidates who have studied in foreign institutions should have their qualifications determined by the relevant authorities.
But in the case of candidates who are unable to submit the minimum educational qualification certificate or transcript (transcript) due to the time limit, the candidates applying for the prescribed position after completing the prescribed educational qualification by submitting the single application form and submitting the single application form, if the examination result has been published by the relevant university within the last day of submitting the single application form and the relevant student from the relevant university or educational institution has submitted the degree within that period. Candidates will be deemed to have completed the minimum qualification if they submit a letter detailing that they have passed all the exams (all year/semester exams, thesis, practical and other requirements) and all semester marks.
J) Candidates have to update their mobile number while filling the form online. As the details regarding acceptance/rejection of the candidate’s form will be informed directly through the mobile phone, if the concerned candidate is unable to participate in the examination due to the wrong mobile number being mentioned, the concerned candidate will be responsible for it.
k) Advertisement no. You have to choose.
h) Candidates must use only black ink in the examination, otherwise the answer sheet will be cancelled.
d) Other than the matters mentioned in the notification, other matters will be in accordance with the Provincial Public Service Commission Act, Regulations and Guidelines.
D) The details of the minimum educational qualification required for the post of applicant can be viewed while filling the online form.
b) Other arrangements related to filling posts shall be in accordance with the Sudurpaschim Province Civil Service (First Amendment) Act, 2079.
