Notice regarding filling of post in service contract

This notice is published for the information of all concerned to submit the application within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice from the eligible Nepali citizens who have to be admitted to the specialist doctor service contract as follows for the “Specialist Ward Health Clinic” which is being operated monthly in each ward of this Dhangadhi sub-metropolitan city.

Details:

1. Type of Exam: Interview.
2. Minimum Educational Qualification: Passed master’s degree in related subject from a recognized educational institution and registered with Nepal Medical Council.
3. Exam Fee: Rs. 1500/- (literally: Rs. one thousand five hundred only.)
4. Documents to be attached: Application form, personal statement (CV), examination fee payment voucher, copy of Nepali citizenship certificate, copy of registration renewal certificate in the relevant council and copy of educational qualification certificate, experience certificates must be verified and submitted by the candidate himself.
5. Submitting the examination fee: The receipt should be submitted along with the application by depositing it in cash at the revenue management branch of the Dhangadhi sub-metropolitan city.
6. Application Form: The application form can be downloaded from the website of Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan: dhangadhimun.gov.np.
7. Submission of application: This sub-metropolitan email can be sent to dhangadhimun2013@gmail.com along with the above mentioned documents. Or it can be delivered to the office.
8. Date of Interview: It will be published on the next day after the last day of submission of application form.
9. Contract service period: Currently 1 (one) year and can be extended based on need.
10. Service facility: To be decided by mutual agreement.
11. Special consideration will be given to women, Dalits, tribals and backward areas, who have undergone video X-ray training. Also, no action will be taken on late and overdue applications.
