Notice regarding filling up of post in service contract.

According to the decision of this Bardagoria Rural Municipality Executive Committee dated 2081/12/30th, this notice is published because the following posts for the Dododhara Hospital under this rural municipality have to be filled by qualified personnel service contract. Interested and qualified candidates are informed to apply in this office within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notification along with the required educational certificate by filling the application form in the prescribed format.

(Description of the post to be filled and qualifications)

a) Passed MBBS from a recognized university b) Registered with the concerned council.

1. Type of Exam: Interview.
2. Examination Centre: Bardagoria Rural Municipality Office, Muda Kailali.
3. Application Fee: Rs.1000/- (one thousand only)
4. Application Place: Bardagoria Rural Municipality Office, Muda Kailali.
5. Mode of submission of application: Candidates have to appear in person.
6. Last date for submission of application: Up to 17/01/2082. If the last day of application falls on a public holiday, the application can be submitted the next day.
7. Exam Date : 2082/01/22 from 12:00 PM onwards
8. Candidate’s Age: 21 years of age and not more than 45 years as on last date of submission of application.
9. Service facilities: According to the rules of the rural municipality.
10. Documents to be submitted along with the application:

a. Certified copy of Nepali citizenship.

b. Attested copy of educational certificate.

c. Registration certificate in the concerned council.

d. Attested copy of experience

d. 2 passport size photos taken recently.

12. Other than those mentioned in the notice, the candidate selection and recommendation committee under the coordination of the chief administrative officer will do according to the rules.
