Advertisement of Internal Inter-Service and Open and Inclusive Competitive Examination for State Civil Service and Local Service Assistant Level 4th Level (Non-Technical/Technical) Posts

According to Karnali Pradesh Civil Service Act, 2080 and Local Service (Formation and Operation) Act, 2081, applications are invited from eligible candidates as permanent posts are to be filled through internal inter-service, open and inclusive competitive examination for non-technical/technical posts of sub-groups, sub-groups, sub-level services, sub-levels of provincial civil services and local services. Candidates who meet the prescribed minimum qualifications can apply through the commission’s online application system https://ppsconline. Apply online from karnali.gov.np.

Type of Examination:-Written, competitive and interview (the medium and language of the written examination will be as prescribed in the syllabus).

The application fee for each advertisement is Rs. 400.- (four hundred only) will have to be paid. In case of candidates applying in additional advertisement towards the inclusive group, additional fee for each additional group is Rs. 200.- (two hundred only) will have to be paid.

Method and place of submitting the application fee: After submitting the form through the Commission’s online application system, pay the application fee by choosing an option from Online Payment or Offline Payment. Candidates who make online payment can make payment immediately using the designated wallets. Candidates who make offline payment should choose one of the designated banks, print the voucher and submit the application within the period of submission of the application fee to the respective bank.

Period for submission of application fee:- After submitting the application through online means, the candidate must pay the double fee along with the Master ID and transaction code number voucher received by the candidate within the office hours on the day after the last date for submitting the application (if the said day falls on a public holiday, then the first day of office opening).

Type of examination:-Written, competitive and final (the medium and language of the written examination will be as specified in the syllabus).

Mode of Application:- In the advertised posts, the application has to be submitted through online system only. Detailed information regarding the method/method of submitting the application through the online system can be viewed from https://ppsconline.karnali.gov.np.

Documents to be Uploaded:- Candidates have to upload pdf/jpg file of educational qualification, training, experience, inclusive group opening documents including documents specified in the respective advertisement in the designated place of online application system. All candidates have to scan the front and back of their Nepali citizenship certificate and upload a jpg file. The candidate himself/herself shall be fully responsible for the details mentioned in the application.

Last date of submission of application:- Up to 2082.01.15 and double payment till 2082.01.22.

Candidate’s age limit:- 18 years of age till 2082.01.15 and not exceeding 35 years, in the case of female candidates not exceeding 40 years, in the case of candidates as per sub-section (6) of section 9 of the Karnali Pradesh Civil Service Act, 2080 and sub-section (7) of section 10 of the Local Services (Organization and Operation) Act, 2081, not exceeding 40 years in the case of sub-section (4) of section 20 There will be no age limit in case of existing permanent employees of Federal Civil Service, State Civil Service of any state and local service. There will be no age limit for the employees who are working continuously at the time of commencement of the Local Service (Organization and Operation) Act, 2081 and who have attained the minimum educational qualification in the vacant posts to be filled among the approved permanent posts of the local level.

Date and Time of Examination:-The date of preliminary stage examination will be on 24/02/2082 at 9:00 AM. The date and time of internal inter-service, open and inclusive competitive examination of state civil services and local services except for the posts of preliminary examination will be published later on the Commission’s website.

Pre-Interview Test Schedule and Date and Venue of Interview: Will be notified at the time of publication of written test results.

Details of the work to be held in the post:- Service, group sub-group related. Salary, service conditions and facilities:- As per prevailing law.

Minimum Qualifications Required for Open and Internal Inter-Services Competitive Examinations:

According to sub-section (3) of section 8 of the Karnali State Civil Service Act, 2080 and sub-section (3) of section 9 of the Local Service (Formation and Operation) Act, 2081 for open competitive examination and sub-section (7) of section 8 of the Karnali State Civil Service Act, 2080 and sub-section (7) of section 9 of the Local Service (Formation and Operation) Act, 2081 for internal inter-service competitive examination. Must have minimum qualifications and experience. Candidates who are required to be registered with the professional council must be registered with the relevant professional council by the last date of application.

Minimum Qualifications Required

(a) Administration Assistant, State Administration/Local Administration, General Administration: Passed Entrance Examination or Secondary Education Examination (SEE) or equivalent from a recognized educational institution.

(b) Accounts Assistant, State Administration/Local Administration, Accounts: Passed Mathematics or Law from a recognized educational institution or Entrance Examination (S.L.C.)/S.E.E. or pass as such.

(c) Water and Sanitation Technician, Local Engineering, Civil, Sanitary: S.L.C./S.E.E. from a recognized educational institution. Or equivalent and trained in water supply and sanitation or two years of experience in related subjects or equivalent.

(d) Amin, Local Engineering, Survey: S.L.C with Mathematics from a recognized educational institution. Or equivalent and at least one year training in Surveying or Geomatics.

(e) Deputy Technical Assistant, State Agriculture/Local Agriculture, Horticulture/Deputy Technical Assistant, Local Agriculture, Not Grouped: Recognized Teaching
