Notification of Staffing Requirements

In this rural municipality, as per the procedures related to managing technical staff under the contract of Gulmidarbar rural municipality (with amendments), 2074, the staff positions are to be filled in the service contract, so that the eligible Nepali citizens can submit the application within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice. No action will be taken on applications received before the due date.

a) Age limit of candidates: 18 years and not more than 35 years and not more than 40 years in case of women till the last date of submission of application.

b) Selection of candidates: publication of short list and interview.

c) Where to get the application form: It can be downloaded from the village council office or website.

d) Last date for submission of application: 2082/01/03 within office hours and if the last day of submission of application is a public holiday, till the next day of that date.

e) Service facilities:- According to the rules of the rural municipality.

f) Documents to be attached with the application:- Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate, copy of educational qualification certificate, experience certificate and 3 passport size photographs.

g) No action has been taken to disqualify the candidate for government service in the future and the court has not found him guilty of any criminal charges of moral turpitude.
