Notification regarding recruitment of volunteer teachers

State Volunteer Teacher Mobilization (First Amendment) Procedure for recruiting volunteer teachers for the secondary level (grades 9-10) required for the operation of the approved annual program “Volunteer Teacher Program” of this Ministry for the financial year 2081/082, .Nepali citizens who have reached the qualifications as per invited to submit the application to this Ministry by completing the application form as attached herewith within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice.

Documents to be attached: Completed application form, copy of Nepali citizenship certificate, copy of educational qualification certificate, copy of permanent teaching permit certificate, copy of training certificate.

Arrangements related to qualification and training:

(a) having completed 21 years of age and not exceeding 58 years of age,

(b) Good mental balance,

(c) has not been found guilty of a criminal charge involving moral turpitude,

(d) not dismissed from service so as to disqualify him for future Government employment and teaching service,

(e) Graduated or equivalent in a related subject and trained,

(f) Having obtained a permanent teaching License of the relevant level from the Teachers Service Commission.

Arrangements related to the examination: The date of the examination will be decided later.

Type of Examination:

1. Written Test (Objective)

2. Interview

Application submission date: 2081/12/29 to 2082/01/04 within office hours.
