Notification regarding recruitment through open competitive examination

According to the consent of the Public Service Commission, since the following vacant positions in the Civil Investment Fund must be filled permanently through an open competitive examination, Nepali citizens who have qualified as per the details, attach the copies of the certificates of Nepali citizenship and educational qualifications and other documents and certificates mentioned in this notice, within 21 (twenty-one) days from the date of publication of this notice and pay double the fee within 7 (seven) days from the career of the fund’s website www.nlk.org.np or directly. New Baneshwar Account No. This notification has been published for the information of all concerned to submit the online application by collecting the prescribed fee on 01211034141. The syllabus of the advertised posts can be downloaded from the website of the fund. Applicants who have obtained educational qualifications from foreign universities must also submit a certificate of equivalency issued by an official body. No action will be taken on applications that are late, overdue or without the mandatory documents attached to the application. The written examination will be conducted by the Public Service Commission.
Special notice regarding advertisement:
According to the order of the mandate issued on 24/24/2079 in relation to the inclusive group in the petitions of the transfer including writ number 078-WO-0660 from the honorable Supreme Court. Due to not being included in 2079/080, posts that have actually been lost will be filled in accordance with the provisions of the law so as to compensate for the losses incurred.
a) Age limit (up to the last date of application) For Assistant level posts completed eighteen years and not exceeding thirty five years. Completion of twenty one years of age and not exceeding thirty five years of age in officer level post. For women and disabled candidates not exceeding forty years. There will be no age limit in case of permanent employees working in the fund.
b) The period of double duty shall not be counted for the purpose of obtaining age, educational qualification, training and inclusion certificate.
c) Candidates should not be a non-Nepali citizen who has been dismissed from the government or any organized organization, has been found guilty by the court of a criminal charge showing moral turpitude and is considered unfit for government service in the future.
d) As per the advertisement, the application form has to be filled separately for each post.
e) No action will be taken on applications received after the due date or not properly received.

g) Type of examination V.No. 13 written test, presentation and interview. V.No. 14th & 16th Written Exam, Computer Skill Test and Interview. V.No. 15 will be written test, practical test and interview.
h) Examination fee: Rs.1,000 for officer level, sixth level and Rs.600 for assistant level posts. If a candidate participates in the open and inclusive group of the same post, an additional 25% fee will be charged for each group.
J) Salary and benefits: According to the rules of the fund.

The date of the examination will be published on the website of the commission and the fund after the examination program is determined by the Public Service Commission.
K) Probation period: The probation period will be as per the rules of the fund.
L) Place of work: Branch offices of the fund outside Kathmandu and Kathmandu Valley.
d) Required Minimum Educational Qualification:
1) Assistant Officer, Sixth Level, Administration must have passed master’s degree from a recognized university or passed the Chartered Accountant (CA) course with graduation from a recognized educational institution and obtained a professional certificate from the relevant body or equivalent.
) Senior Assistant, Fifth Level, Must have passed graduation from a recognized university for administration.
2 3) Senior Computer Operator, Fifth Level, Technician should have passed graduation or equivalent in computer or information technology from a recognized university or passed graduation level in computer engineering.
4) Must have passed twelfth standard or equivalent from a recognized educational institution for assistant, fourth level, administration.
Additional Documents to be Submitted by Inclusive Side Candidates:
Candidates from the inclusive side will also have to submit the following documents.
a) In the case of tribals/tribals, in the case of castes listed in the Nepal Tribal/Tribal Upliftment National Foundation Act, 2058, based on the list of the same act, but if there is more than one surname within the caste listed in the Tribal/Tribal Upliftment National Foundation Act, 2058, on the recommendation of the head of the local level, the application must be certified by the chief district officer as a surname within the listed caste.
(b) In the case of Madhesi, on the basis that the Government of Nepal publishes a notice in the Nepal Gazette and certifies that they are Madhesi from a designated institution, but until the institution is published in the Nepal Gazette and the organization is designated, the application must be certified by the Chief District Officer and submitted along with the application.
(c) In the case of disabled persons, the disability identification card issued by the Social Welfare Council or the disability identification card issued by the relevant local level stating the classification of disability according to sub-section (3) of Section 4 of the Act on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, 2074.
