According to the decision of the City Hospital Operation and Management Committee meeting dated 2081/12/19, the following positions and numbers of contract service employees have to be filled in the City Hospital, Lalbandi, Sarlahi, so the eligible Nepali citizens should submit the application form to the City Hospital, Lalbandi, Sarlahi within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice in accordance with the procedure for managing contract employees of Lalbandi Municipality, 2079. This notice is published for the information of all concerned.

Minimum Qualifications Required: Passed Certificate Level in Health Practice from a recognized educational institution.

S.L.C by taking computer subject from a recognized educational institution. Or passed or S.L.C from a recognized educational institution. Or passed the same and got at least 3 months computer training from a registered institution or S.L.C from a recognized educational institution. Or equivalent and received a three-month computer training conducted by the Ministry of Science and Technology for semi-skilled manpower.
Other Required Qualifications and Details:
1. Not dismissed so as to be disqualified for future government jobs.
2. Not having been convicted of any criminal charges of moral turpitude.
3. Remuneration and facilities set by the city hospital operation and management committee.
4. Contract period:-2082 till the end of Ashar (can be extended depending on budget assurance and performance).

5. Examination fee and forms: Examination fee Rs.500/- should be paid to City Hospital, lalbandi the application form should be collected.
6. Documents to be attached with the application: Copy of educational qualification certificate, copy of citizenship certificate, copy of proof of experience, registered/renewed with the concerned council in case of health.
7. Information related to the examination:-The notice will be published after the date of submission of the application form is over.
